DISPLAY OF THE PROPOSED KIRA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2019-2040)

Pursuant to section 27 of the Physical Planning Act, 2010, this is to notify the general public that the above plan is on display at the following places:

1. Physical Planning notice board, Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, 1^st floor, Century Housing Parliament Avenue.
2. Ministry of Local Government Notice board, Workers House,2^nd floor southern wing,plot1 Pilkington road Kampala,
3. Wakiso District Local Government, Office of the District Physical Planner.
4. Kira Municipal Council notice board.
5. Kira Municipal Council Division Offices of Namugongo, Kira and Bweyogerere

The plan shall be displayed for 90 calendar days with effect from 1^st July 2019 to 28^th September 2019 and may be viewed on the Municipal website (www.kiramc.go.ug) during working hours (8am to 5pm) from any of the above mentioned places.

Interested persons wishing to make any comments to the Draft Physical Development Plan should do so in writing to the Office of the Town Clerk, Kira Municipal Council or prepare to present them during an open hearing to be announced by the Town clerk

No representations shall be entertained after the deposit period (90 calendar days)
